1. Definitions and Introduction

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500 — and before withdrawing, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member attempts to abuse bonuses — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, trying to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or using any other dishonest method — crx reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6.4 VIP Cashback

Members of the crx VIP program receive cashback on their weekly net loss. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.4% at Bronze level, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. Example: a member at Gold level with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been successfully placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless crx grants permission under special circumstances. Verify all information before placing a bet.

7.2 Cancelled Matches and Events

If a match or event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded. In a multi-bet containing multiple selections, if one event is cancelled, that selection's odds are set to 1.00 and the remaining bet continues.

7.3 Multi-Bet Policy

7.4 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of placing remain final. In live betting, odds may change while the bet is being processed — the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or cancelled.

10.2 Closure at Member's Request

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact support. If there is a withdrawable balance before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it; however, any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
