crx VIP cashback is calculated on your net weekly losses — that is, your total losses minus your total winnings, with your tier's cashback rate applied to the result. At the end of each week the calculation is done and cashback is credited directly to eligible players' accounts.
Note that this applies only to net losses — if your winnings exceed your losses in a given week, no cashback will apply for that week.
